I doubt that is really significant enough to warrant this. Framer is still dwarfed by Webflow in basically every metric out there. My guess is their pricing strategy and bigger/enterprise customers shifting away from low/no code and going with more custom solutions.

These kind of messages and press releases never tell the whole story when it comes to companies fueled by VC money. And especially when some of those investors also have a sit on the board. My assumption is that Webflow is cutting costs due to worse than expected financials.

Linda's only been CEO for a month, give or take. She was the COO for a while before that. I wonder if the board wanted her to step in to make these types of decisions because Vlad couldn't or wouldn't?
